About Us

Hello,

In 1991, Pinsetter Performance PLUS was formed to educate center owners, managers, and technicians on how to achieve optimal mechanical performance while staying within a predetermined budget and getting results with every dollar that they spend. William and Debbie Pike have conducted onsite seminars, trade show seminars, center evaluations, mechanic evaluations, and in house training. These sessions have helped change the way proprietors and their bowlers perceive their centers mechanical operations.

Through the transformation of the industry, pinsetter repair and service contracts have become more common. Pinsetter Performance PLUS has developed a service to help centers and mechanics achieve the performance they deserve. In addition, William also moderates for Bowltech, a website designed for the bowling industry. Bowltech is a great resource that allows mechanics, owners, and managers to ask questions and find answers.

William Pike has been servicing bowling equipment for over 25 years. As a mechanic he understands that our industry is in distress because of the lack of proper training and education for the upcoming center technicians worldwide. As head of pinsetter operations for Buffaloe Lanes Recreation Centers, he continually strives to improve the reliability and performance of the pinsetters. Since the industry is in constant change, it is important to have your chosen technicians always seeking out the cutting edge technology that will make your pinsetters run “the best”. That’s what we do.

Debbie Pike has been involved in the bowling industry as a bowler, assistant manager, and mechanic. As co-owner she performs whatever task needs to be done to ensure that everything is in order. She is dedicated to the improvement and advancement of the bowling industry.

Pinsetter Performance PLUS hopes that you will find this site both informative and easy to use. Feel free to contact us with any concerns or questions that you may have at your center. Let us help you be the best that you can be.
